FAQs

As your (eagerly!) appointed Bridal Hair Stylist, I understand there’s never a more important time to secure the right fit – and you thought saying yes to the dress was the most stressful part! I understand wedding planning doesn’t wait for anyone, so if you have a burning question and it isn’t answered below, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Yes. I require all my beautiful brides settle a $200 booking fee upon confirming a date. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee and ensures that I will see you bright and early on the morning of your wedding!

do I require a BOOKING FEE to book my date?

Is it necessary to have a trial?

I encourage all my clients to attend their hair trial as it is best practice and I want to ensure that I create a look which will work seamlessly with the other components of your wedding. Whilst I am an excellent problem solver and go above and beyond to ensure you fall in love with your wedding hair, attending your trial helps to alleviate any accessory or styling anxieties.

Do you offer a mobile service?

Yes! I offer mobile services for you and your bridal party. I can offer in salon services for a smaller bridal party, or just the bride. (just flick me an enquiry and we can discuss further)

What time will you arrive?

I will work closely with you to establish a start time so you can relax and enjoy the moments before your ceremony begins. However catering to a larger bridal party can mean I need additional time to work my magic, so could mean an early start.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes! I want you to be so in love with your hair, that you are saying I Do, before you even walk down the aisle! Your hair is such an integral piece in the wedding puzzle so I take into account longevity of wear, weather, ceremony location, your dress and so on, when creating your dream bridal look. I won’t wave you off, until you are holding back happy tears. Promise.

Am I able to have hair done for everyone in my bridal party?

In most cases, yes. In the case of a large bridal party I may have to get an assistant. It is recommended that hair is completed two hours prior to leaving for your ceremony, to allow for photos before leaving for the ceremony also. Please let me know the size of your party when booking.

How long will it take to do my hair on the day?

When it comes to the bridal party I allow 45 - 60 minutes per person (depending hair length). For the bride, I allow up to 90 minutes, which can include extensions being installed, and touch ups after makeup is done

Can I bring my hair accessories to my trial?

Yes of course! In fact, I strongly encourage you to. This allows us to play around with placement and adjust your desired hair style so it works beautifully with your accessories.
