Please read these terms and conditions before making a booking. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to understand, agree and accept all responsibility for all booking conditions including all payments. By proceeding to make a deposit, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT
Bookings will only be confirmed once a $200 deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. The deposit is deducted from your finalised bill.

TRAVEL & PARKING
Travel for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday booking is for 4 or more adults. Monday to Thursday bookings are a minimum of 3 adults.
Travel costs will be quoted at time of booking. CBD parking costs are an addition to your travel costs, this will be $30 ex GST
If travel exceeds 80kms in one direction, then to and from travel fees will apply.
Early fee will apply if I need to arrive before 6am to start styling. This is $60 (ex GST) per hour, including travel time.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SUNDAYS
Public Holidays and Sundays will incur a 15% surcharge

CANCELLATIONS
Once the booking has been made, and the deposit has been received, any cancellation or changes to the starting time or size of the bridal party will incur additional charges.
Once I have provided you with your quote, and the deposit has been paid the total amount for my service is fixed as per the quotation, regardless if the styling numbers have been downsized.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please if cancelling, provide me with enough notice to make another booking.
Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the booking will be required to pay the full amount to cover loss of income.

TRIALS
Trials are done at my home salon space in Mt Torrens, on weekdays (Tuesday – Friday depending on availability) as weekends are for bridal party bookings. I allow an hour and a half for us to trial one style, these are $150 (inc GST)

ADD ONS
Please make sure the final number of clients for the day is confirmed before the wedding day. I cannot always fit extra clients into my time schedule but given notice we can certainly add another person if time allows. Haircuts are not included in your styling. I can trim pieces around the face but a full haircut will be charged as an extra haircut service.

TIME SCHEDULE
If you wish for me to put together a time schedule for all clients involved on the day please let me know. It helps me if your make up artist has a time table or can follow my schedule if done first. Please make sure that all clients are ready to go on the day to avoid any delays. I also recommend that all hair is completed by the time the photographer arrives. Touch ups can be done once they have arrived. (unless of course the photographer will be there for getting ready shots)

HAIR PREPARATION
All members of the wedding party must follow the hair prep guide as best as they can, I’ll send these out when it’s closer to your wedding date.

SOCIAL MEDIA
As social media is my main portfolio for my business, I do like to take photos of every style I finish (providing we are running on time). If you do not wish for me to take photos, please let me know prior to your wedding day, I completely do not mind. I will never post a photo immediately after I’ve finished the work, but if there is a certain amount of days before you want any photos posted on social media (for instance a surprise wedding or elopement) please let me know also.

FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment is due the week of your wedding. Payment details are written on your original invoice. If paying by cash, payment is to be made in full prior to the commencement of styling.
